"I remember that on the day of reception to the freshmen they said that Egas Moniz Higher Education School would be my second home, and they weren't wrong. I made friends who became my family abroad, had teachers in whom I was inspired, went to academic events that could show me what it was like to be a student of higher education in Portugal. All this contributed to my experience being the best possible. After all, making the decision to leave your country and venture abroad is not easy. But it's really worth it. Without all this support from this wonderful institution, my experience would have been quite different."
