Quality Management
The Quality Policy envisages the principles set by standard ISO 9001, the law, benchmarks for the internal systems to guarantee quality in teaching institutions, the rules and regulations and best practice in the sector, as well as the guiding principles adopted by EGAS MONIZ, which stem from the Institution’s mission and vision. These principles are incorporated in the EGAS MONIZ community’s culture, translated into the permanent quest for stakeholder satisfaction and the ongoing improvement of quality of the services provided.

EGAS MONIZ undertakes the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the efficacy of a QMS, in accordance with the ISO 9001 standard and the benchmarks for the internal quality assurance systems at teaching institutions, in order to foster the organisation’s performance in training health care professionals as the cornerstone of its activity.
EGAS MONIZ is focused on satisfying its various stakeholders by improving health in society.
EGAS MONIZ seeks to maintain its continuous enhancement and sustained growth, backed by its human capital: students, teachers and non-teaching staff. EGAS MONIZ develops partnerships in order to increase its mission’s expression, under this strategy of continuous enhancement.
